In 2024, he founded Hong Kong Data Limited (formerly CU Datahub Limited), establishing a secure, trusted, high-speed, and legally compliant cross-border medical insurance data platform. This platform enables travelers from Hong Kong and beyond to access medical services in Mainland China with one-click access and zero upfront insurance payment, transforming the cross-border medical experience. In collaboration with the Qianhai Authority, leading Grade 3A Hospitals in the Greater Bay Area, major insurance providers, and cross-border payment and financial institutions, the company is committed to bringing tangible benefits to people across the Greater Bay Area.

In 2019, Aldous Ng, along with Professors Pak-Chung Ching, Raymond Yeung, Soung Liew, and Patrick Lee, founded CU Coding Limited and served as its CEO. Its core technology, Network Coding, is a globally leading research achievement in the field of communications developed by The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) since the 2000s. It enables more reliable, efficient, and secure data transmission across networks by applying advanced algorithms to data communications. This technology is widely used in cloud-based distributed storage, privacy-preserving computation, and data protection to enhance data security and performance. Network Coding has been successfully included in the Research Grants Council's Areas of Excellence (AoE) Scheme, and is internationally recognized as one of the most cutting-edge, secure, and trusted technologies for data transmission.

Aldous Ng is deeply committed to serving the community and has tirelessly led various industry organizations, leveraging collective wisdom and innovative technologies to advance the vision of "changing the world through innovation and technology." He served as the Chairman of IAMCP GCR for Microsoft Asia Pacific from 2019 to 2024, Vice President of the Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) from 2008 to 2010, and Chairman of the Information and Software Industry Association (ISIA) of Hong Kong from 2006 to 2010.
